The Trustees of the Phumula Retirement Fund are pleased to advise that Alexander Forbes Financial Services (Pty) Ltd
has been appointed as the Fund’s new administrator effective 1 July 2023.

SUB-COMMITTEES

The Rules of the Fund authorise the Board of Trustees to appoint Sub-Committees and to delegate certain powers. The Sub-Committees’ mandates are governed by clear Terms of References which are regularly reviewed by the Board of Trustees.

The Fund currently has two (2) Sub-Committees.
